Terms and conditions
Last updated: 6 October 2026
These terms govern your use of the SeebawayhGPT marketing site, early-access signup, and contact forms. They are written in plain language for visitors in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf. They are not legal advice. LEGAL REVIEW: a licensed Saudi lawyer should review this text before it is relied on as a final commercial contract.
By using the site or sending your email for early access, you confirm that you have read these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy.
1. Who we are
SeebawayhGPT is a digital service for teaching Modern Standard Arabic, iʿrāb, and nahw with the help of artificial intelligence.
- Site: seebawayhgpt.io
- Email: hello@seebawayhgpt.io
- Contact: /en/contact
If an independent legal entity is registered or a representative is appointed in the Kingdom, we will update this section at once. We do not invent a commercial-registration number or an address that does not exist.
2. What the public site is today
The public site is for explanation, static teaching pages, and early-access requests.
- There is no live iʿrāb parser for visitors on these pages
- Library examples are pre-written and do not call the model
- We do not invent a launch date. The new product opens when we trust it, soon insha Allah
When accounts and interactive tools launch, these terms apply to the extent they fit. We may add account or payment terms before any fee is requested.
3. Eligibility
The service is for people aged 18 or older, or for younger users under a parent or guardian. If you register as a teacher or institution, you confirm that you may act for that body.
4. Early access and mail
If you send your email for early access:
- we use it to tell you about product progress, a welcome note, and related updates
- you may unsubscribe at any time from the message link or by writing to us
- we do not guarantee a launch date, a paid seat, or benefits we cannot keep
- “founding-member benefits,” if mentioned, are a product intention and will be spelled out before any payment
Details are in the Privacy Policy.
5. Accounts after launch
When accounts open you may need an email and password or another sign-in method. You are responsible for keeping access secret and for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think it was used without permission.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or harms the service or other people, after reasonable notice unless immediate risk prevents it.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the site or service to:
- break a binding law in Saudi Arabia or in your country
- paste trade secrets, student data, or other people’s sensitive information into forms
- send abuse, malware, or attempts to break into the service
- impersonate Seebawayh or present tool output as a final human review
- resell access or scrape the site in a way that harms it
Static teaching pages and witnesses are for personal or limited classroom use, with credit. Wider commercial reuse needs written permission.
7. Intellectual property
The SeebawayhGPT name, marks, 3D character, site copy, written witnesses, and academy materials belong to us or our licensors, except where a Qurʾānic or classical text is attributed to its source. The Qurʾān and classical poetry are not our property; we publish educational iʿrāb of frequently studied lines.
Browsing or signing up does not license you to copy the product or train other models on our original materials.
8. Artificial intelligence and results
Seebawayh is a teaching tool. When iʿrāb, proofreading, or the academy tools launch:
- results may be wrong or may differ from another grammatical view
- the tool does not replace a teacher, an exam board, a fatwa, or professional advice
- you are responsible for reviewing anything you rely on in homework, publication, or official work
The marketing pages do not return a live model result today.
9. Fees
The current marketing site does not ask for payment. If paid plans appear later we will show the price, currency, and billing period before checkout, and we will not charge a card without your consent. Any refund promise will be stated on the plans page, not as a vague line here.
10. Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise unbroken access, or that static examples cover every grammatical question. To the fullest extent allowed by law in the Kingdom, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect loss from using the site or relying on general teaching content.
This section does not limit rights that cannot be waived.
11. Links and third parties
We may mention universities or references, load fonts, or use mail and analytics after you consent. We do not control third-party sites. Read their terms before you give them data.
12. Law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Try first to resolve a dispute amicably at hello@seebawayhgpt.io. If that fails, the competent courts in the Kingdom have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer or other statute gives you a right at your place of residence.
13. Changes
We may update these terms when the service or the law changes. The date at the top will change. Continued use after a material update is acceptance, unless the law requires a fresh consent.
14. Contact
